Masahiro Murashima (Attorney-at-law qualified in Japan, Osaka Bar Association) is an international lawyer and specializes in international business and taxation. As a former member of a leading Japanese law firm, he was involved in a number of international business and tax cases including large class actions in common law jurisdictions. He is also focused on the establishment of a global compliance management system in a number of multinational corporations.

Masahiro obtained the Master of Laws (LL.M) at the University of London, majoring in UK and European laws and regulations, as well as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bath. His career also includes a key involvement in the risk management in a major Japanese corporation.
